1. Purpose & Commitment

Flirtea is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and secure platform for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Flirtea strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, solicitation, promotion, facilitation, or glorification of any sexual content or behavior involving minors. We actively work to prevent, detect, report, and respond to CSAE in compliance with applicable laws and internationally recognized child protection standards.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:
  • All users of the Flirtea platform
  • All content (text, images, videos, audio, links, emojis, profiles, chats)
  • All features, services, and communications on Flirtea
  • All employees, contractors, moderators, and partners involved in Flirtea’s operations

3. Definition of a Child / Minor

For the purposes of this policy, a child or minor is defined as any individual under the age of 18, regardless of the age of consent in any jurisdiction.

4. What Constitutes CSAE

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Flirtea:

4.1 Sexual Abuse of a Minor

Any sexual act, attempt, or interaction involving a minor, whether physical or digital, including but not limited to:

  • Sexual touching or assault
  • Sexual conversations or role-play involving minors
  • Requests for sexual acts or sexual favors from minors

4.2 Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Flirtea prohibits any content that depicts, describes, or represents sexual exploitation of a minor, including:

  • Images, videos, animations, illustrations, or AI-generated content involving minors in sexual contexts
  • Any sexualized depiction of a minor, even if the content is fictional, altered, or cartoon-based
  • Sharing, storing, requesting, distributing, or accessing CSAM

4.3 Grooming & Sexual Solicitation

Any behavior intended to build trust, manipulate, or coerce a minor for sexual purposes, including:

  • Initiating or encouraging sexual conversations with minors
  • Asking minors for photos, videos, or personal information
  • Attempts to move conversations to external platforms for exploitation

4.4 Sexualization of Minors

  • Sexual comments, fantasies, or fetishes involving minors
  • Content that portrays minors in sexually suggestive poses, clothing, or scenarios
  • “Age-play” or role-play involving minors or implied minors

4.5 Exploitation & Trafficking

  • Facilitating, advertising, or promoting the sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors
  • Any form of commercial sexual exploitation of children

5. Age Restrictions & Verification

  • Flirtea is strictly intended for users aged 18 and above.
    • Users must not misrepresent their age.
    • Accounts suspected of belonging to minors or interacting inappropriately with minors may be immediately suspended or terminated.
      • Flirtea may implement age-verification, moderation tools, and audits to ensure compliance.

6. Prevention & Platform Safeguards

Flirtea employs multiple layers of protection, including:

6.1 Content Moderation

  • Proactive monitoring using automated systems and human review
  • Detection and removal of CSAE-related content
  • Immediate enforcement actions upon identification

6.2 User Reporting

  • In-app reporting mechanisms for CSAE concerns
  • Priority review of CSAE reports
  • Protection of reporters from retaliation

6.3 Employee & Moderator Training

  • Regular training on CSAE identification, reporting, and trauma-informed response
  • Strict internal access controls for sensitive content

7. Reporting to Authorities

Flirtea complies with mandatory reporting laws and international cooperation standards. When CSAE is detected:

  • Relevant content is preserved securely
    • Reports are made to appropriate *law enforcement agencies and child protection authorities* • Where applicable, reports may be submitted to recognized organizations such as national cybercrime units

8. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, without prior notice:

  • Immediate content removal
    • Permanent account suspension or termination
    • Device or IP blocking
      • Reporting to law enforcement authorities
      • Legal action where applicable

There is no appeal for confirmed CSAE violations.

9. Victim-Centered Approach

Flirtea recognizes that children affected by CSAE are victims, not offenders.
  We commit to:

  • Treating CSAE matters with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Supporting lawful investigations
  • Avoiding re-traumatization through responsible handling of data and content

10. Data Protection & Privacy

  • CSAE-related data is handled with *strict confidentiality* • Access is limited to authorized personnel only
    • Data is stored and shared in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws

This policy aligns with internationally recognized frameworks, including:

  • United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)
  • Optional Protocol on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Sexual Abuse Material
  • Applicable national and international child protection laws

Flirtea reserves the right to update this policy to remain compliant with evolving legal and regulatory requirements.
