Welcome to Flirtea. At Flirtea, we are committed to building a safe, respectful, authentic, and inclusive community where people can connect confidently and form meaningful relationships.

These Community Guidelines explain the behavior, content, and activities that are allowed — and not allowed — on Flirtea. By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in content removal, warnings, account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. Respect Everyone

Treat all users with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Flirtea does not tolerate:

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Abuse, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact
  • Public shaming or humiliation
  • Offensive or degrading language
  • Body shaming or identity-based attacks

Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or appearance is strictly prohibited.

If someone is not interested, respect their decision and move on gracefully.

Consent is mandatory in all interactions.

You must:

  • Respect personal boundaries
  • Stop communication if requested
  • Ensure conversations remain mutual and consensual
  • Ask before sharing intimate or sensitive content

The following are prohibited:

  • Unwanted sexual messages
  • Sexual harassment
  • Pressuring users for intimacy
  • Sending explicit content without consent
  • Coercion or manipulation
  • Threatening to leak private conversations or images

Flirtea has zero tolerance for sexual exploitation or abusive behavior.

3. Be Authentic

Flirtea is built for real people and genuine connections.

You may not:

  • Create fake profiles
  • Impersonate another person
  • Use stolen or misleading photos
  • Pretend to be someone else
  • Misrepresent your identity, age, relationship status, or intentions
  • Operate bot accounts or AI-generated fake personas

Profiles should accurately represent who you are. Verification systems may be used to help maintain authenticity and user trust.

4. Adults Only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Flirtea.

Any attempt to create underage accounts, misrepresent age, engage with minors inappropriately, or share content involving minors will result in immediate and permanent removal and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

5. Keep Content Appropriate

Your content must remain respectful and suitable for the community.

The following content is prohibited:

  • Nudity or pornography in public profiles
  • Graphic sexual content
  • Violent or disturbing imagery
  • Illegal content
  • Self-harm promotion
  • Extremist or terrorist content
  • Drug promotion or illegal activity
  • Exploitative or abusive material

Private conversations must also follow community standards and applicable laws. We may remove content that creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment for others.

6. No Scams, Fraud, or Solicitation

Flirtea is for social connection — not financial exploitation.

You may not:

  • Request money or financial assistance
  • Promote investment schemes or cryptocurrency scams
  • Run romance scams
  • Advertise products or services
  • Use Flirtea for escort services or solicitation
  • Share malicious links
  • Use spam tactics or mass messaging
  • Manipulate users for financial gain

Fraudulent behavior will result in immediate action against your account.

7. Protect Privacy

Respect your privacy and the privacy of others.

Do not:

  • Share another person’s private information
  • Post phone numbers, addresses, financial details, or personal documents
  • Share screenshots or conversations without consent
  • Doxx, expose, or threaten users
  • Record or distribute private content without permission

Users are encouraged to protect sensitive personal information and communicate carefully online.

8. Stay Safe When Meeting Offline

Meeting new people should always happen responsibly.

We encourage users to:

  • Meet in public places
  • Inform a trusted person about plans
  • Arrange independent transportation
  • Trust their instincts
  • Leave situations that feel unsafe
  • Avoid sharing personal addresses too early
  • Verify identities before meeting

While Flirtea works to maintain a safe platform, users are responsible for exercising caution during offline interactions.

9. No Harassment or Abuse On or Off Platform

Behavior outside the app can also affect community safety. Flirtea may investigate and take action against assault or threats, offline harassment, predatory behavior, stalking, revenge porn, exploitation, hate-motivated conduct, and attempts to evade bans or restrictions.

We reserve the right to remove users who create risk for the community, even if violations occur outside the platform.

10. Reporting & Moderation

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately through the app or by contacting our support team.

Our moderation systems may include human review, automated detection systems, verification tools, and content moderation technologies.

We review reports seriously and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, or cooperate with legal authorities when necessary. False reporting or misuse of reporting systems may also result in enforcement action.

11. Enforcement Actions

Violations of these guidelines may lead to:

  • Warnings
  • Content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Device or IP restrictions
  • Legal reporting where required

Serious violations may result in immediate permanent bans without warning.

We encourage users to be kind, be honest, respect boundaries, communicate clearly, support inclusivity, prioritize safety, and report harmful behavior.
